Movie Trailers — 01 August 2013

From the studio that brought you the modern classics, “Tangled” and “Wreck-It-Ralph,” an adventure of epic and bitter-cold proportions is coming to theaters on Thanksgiving Day 2013, November 27th! The newest Disney animated film features a sweet heroine named Anna (voiced by Kristen Bell), who embarks on a desperate search of her sister Elsa, the Snow Queen (Idina Menzel). Elsa has plunged the Kingdom of Ariendelle into a bitter cold and perpetual winter. It is only with the help of a rough and tumble mountain man named Kristoff (Jonathan Groff) and a few frozen friends that Anna can brave the weather and stop her sister the Snow Queen from taking over the entire kingdom and keep it Frozen for eternity!

This film was originally entitled, “The Snow Queen” and is based on the fairy tale written by Hans Christian Anderson of the same name. The Walt Disney Company has had “The Snow Queen” on the docket for several years and with the help of directors Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee, the dream to bring Frozen to the screen became a reality. It is the first animated fairy tale brought forth from Walt Disney Animation since it produced Enchanted and it is sure to bring chills of delight for the entire family this holiday season.
